Our app will then anticipate you want to place a new order when you complete additional scans, which is why the app asks for payment details.
If you were returned to the front page after completing the scan, we have received your face scans and are now validating the scan. Please wait 24-48H before receiving our scan validation email, which confirms we will start producing your goggles.
If you have not received the scan validation email 48H after performing the scan, please reach out to our customer service so we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
