When your goggles are produced you will receive a tracking number email.
Please allow 48H for the tracking number to be activated with DHL.
When your package has been delivered you will receive a confirmed delivery email from us.
If you believe there’s a problem or delay with the delivery, please contact DHL’s customer service.
For some cases DHL use a local currier, therefore you should also check their tracking applications. You can access this on the right side of DHLs tracking application screen (See the screenshot below)
